What we do
Stores, offices, condos, construction sites, dealerships and warehouses, inside and out.
Site survey and camera plan
We walk the site with you and mark each camera on a floor plan with what it will see. We check entrances, parking lots, loading areas and anywhere the lighting changes at night.
Install and cabling
We run the cable, mount the cameras and set up the recorder, with the cabling labeled so the next person can follow it.
Recording and phone viewing
We set how long video is kept, test playback, and set up the app so you and your managers can watch live or recorded video and save a clip when you need one.
Upgrades to existing systems
Already have cameras? We can take over a system another company installed, replace what's failing and keep what still works.
At handover
- A floor plan showing every camera and what it covers.
- The recorder and app logins, set up in your name.
- A walkthrough on finding, saving and sharing a clip.
After the install
Maintenance plans
Scheduled visits to clean lenses, check angles, update firmware and confirm everything is recording.
Remote support
Many problems, settings changes and new app users can be handled without a site visit.
Upgrades
Add cameras, extend storage or replace older cameras as your site changes.
Common questions
Can I see the cameras on my phone?
Yes. We set up the app on your phone and on anyone else you choose, and show you how to find and save a clip.
How long is video kept?
It depends on the number of cameras, the quality setting and the size of the recorder. We size the storage to the number of days you want to keep.
Can you work with the cameras we already have?
Often, yes. We'll check what you have on the site visit and tell you what's worth keeping.
