What we do
Most jobs start with the assessment. You decide which fixes we do after you've read the report.
Security assessment
We review your network, user accounts, devices and backups, then give you a written report in plain language. It lists what we found, how serious each item is, and what to fix first.
Firewall and Wi-Fi hardening
We set up or lock down your firewall and router, update their firmware, close remote access you don't need, and put guest Wi-Fi on its own network so visitors never share a network with your files or cameras.
Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace security
We turn on two-step sign-in for every account, tighten the filters that catch phishing, set up the email records that stop strangers sending mail as your domain, and remove old accounts and extra admin rights.
Backups and restore testing
We set up backups of the files and mailboxes you can't afford to lose, keep a copy away from the office, and test a restore so you know the backup works before you need it.

Are we too small to need this?
No. The assessment and fixes are built for small offices, shops and property managers, not only companies with an IT department.
Will this get in the way of our workday?
We schedule anything that needs a restart or a sign-in change with you ahead of time, so nobody gets locked out in the middle of the day.
Do you need our passwords?
We need admin access to the systems we're fixing. We'll walk you through giving us that access safely, and you can remove it when the work is done.
